Disclosed is a heat-concentrating auxiliary light structure (2), comprising at least one thermal insulation plate (21) disposed between the heat-concentrating auxiliary light structure (2) and a light housing member (11) of a lighting fitting (1), thereby preventing heat generated by the heat-concentrating auxiliary light structure (2) from being lost through heat conduction; at least one heat conductor (22), a plurality of light-emitting diode elements (23) being mounted or arranged in an encapsulated manner on a circuit layer of the heat conductor (22); and at least one transparent cover body (24) protecting the light-emitting diode elements (23) and a circuit. Thus, since a thermal insulation plate (21) is provided between the heat conductor (22) and the light housing (11), heat generated by the light-emitting diode elements (23) can be entirely conducted by the heat conductor (22) to a point where ice is being formed so as to solve the problem generated by conventional light-emitting diode street-lights forming ice in wintery conditions.
