The invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used for normalizing (improving, restoring, stimulating) the reproductive function of mammals and in particular humans. A preparation which comprises a milk serum enriched with lactates and containing 7% dry ingredients, of which 5% are milk serum and 2% are sodium hydroxide or ammonium carbonate or calcium hydroxide, and which is produced by means of hydrolysis of milk serum that has been pasteurized at a temperature of 53-57°С under Lactobacillusacidophilum and Lactobacillus bulgaricum culturing conditions at a culturing temperature of 36 to 40°С and neutralization of the lactic acid formed with sodium hydroxide or ammonium carbonate or calcium hydroxide to give a mass concentration of lactose of no more than 0.2%, is administered perorally. The method makes it possible to normalize the reproductive function of an organism, while at the same time providing a broad-ranging effect on said organism by protecting same from harmful environment effects and also by improving the functions both of individual systems and of the organism as a whole.
