The present invention relates to a G-protein coupled receptor fusion expressing protein, which is derived from eukaryotes. The G-protein coupled receptor fusion expressing protein is selected from a APC protein fragment or proteins having a homology of greater than 90% to the sequence of said fragment; or an RGS16 protein fragment or proteins having a homology of greater than 90% to the sequence of said fragment; a DNJ protein fragment or proteins having a homology of greater than 90% to the sequence of said fragment. For the G-protein coupled receptor fusion expressing protein of the present invention, such fusion expressing proteins and G-protein coupled receptors are fused and expressed, so as to increase the expression yield and the in vitro stability of G-protein coupled receptors. The G-protein coupled receptor fusion expressing protein of the present invention is widely applicable to studies on G-protein coupled receptors.
