A method for producing a novel aluminum alloy hot-forged and hot-pressed bottom-covered non-stick pan belongs to the technical field of aluminum pans. The method comprises the following technological steps: 1) smelting novel aluminum alloy, 2) casting an aluminum alloy pan body (1), 3) punching a stainless steel bottom covering piece (2) provided with vertical flange punched holes, 4) conducting hot pressing on the aluminum alloy pan body (1) and the stainless steel bottom covering piece (2) and 5) conducting fine machining. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages: the pan body (1) is made of the cast aluminum alloy, so that the strength is good and the deformation is not prone to occurring; hot pressing is conducted on the aluminum alloy pan bottom and the stainless steel bottom covering piece (2), the vertical flange on the stainless steel bottom covering piece (2) form a U-shaped barb after being embedded into the pan bottom and under the extrusion of the pan bottom, and therefore, the adhesion force and the heat resistance of the stainless steel bottom covering piece (2) are improved and the stainless steel bottom covering piece (2) is not prone to dropping in the use process; the pan bottom is of a plane structure, shape matching between the pan bottom and the stainless steel bottom covering piece (2) is not needed in the machining process, stainless steel bottom covering pieces (2) with various patterns can be used, and therefore, the production technology is simple, the machining cost is low and the applicability is high.
