ENERGY-CONSERVING, ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY AND RECYCLABLE THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND APPLICATION THEREOF

An energy-conserving, environmentally-friendly and recyclable thermosetting resin composite material and an application thereof, the raw materials of said material comprising (in percentage by weight): 50% to 70% of filler, 15% to 23% of vinyl resin, 10% to 20% of a reinforced modifier, 1% to 6% of a stabilizer, 1% to 3% of an initiator and 1% to 1.5% of pigment. The present composite material may be injection-molded to form various products presenting the advantages of high toughness and strength, impact-resistance and corrosion-resistance, and being environmentally-friendly, flame-retardant, and free of radiation and heavy metals.
