Disclosed is a device capable of processing a circular or angled tube member or rod member into a desired shape by freely controlling a cutting tool through wireless communication, the device being capable of performing not only cutting and beveling, but also processing various shapes using a single cutting tip, and also being capable of cutting and improving a tube member having a thickness of tens of millimeters or higher. A processing device according to the present invention comprises: a driving wheel which is rotatably coupled to one side of a body unit, and which penetrates a material to be processed; a main electric driving unit for rotating (C-axis direction) the driving wheel; at least one stage coupled to be able to reciprocate precisely in front of the driving wheel towards the center (X-axis direction) of the material to be processed; a cutting tool mounted on the stage to cut the outer surface of the material to be processed or a section part thereof; and a control unit for controlling the stage and the main electric driving unit, wherein the control unit and the stage are configured to make controls via wireless communication.
