The system has a microlead (34) for implantation in the tissue of an internal region of the myocardium (10), where the microlead includes a microcable (36). An implantation accessory includes a needle with a puncture tip and an opposite end mounted to a gripping tip. A releasable device holds the microcable, for support and retention of the microcable along the length of the needle, to allow the implantation of the microlead by simultaneous penetration of the needle and the microcable in the wall thickness of the interventricular septum (16) or free wall of the left ventricle (32).
