After the urban comprehensive emergency simulation drill has ended, by evaluating, correcting, summarizing and finally saving the simulation drill as a new case, the self-growth of the case library and the self-learning capability of a simulation drill system are realized, thereby laying a solid foundation for the generation of future simulation drill scenes. The present invention solves the problem that a simulation drill scene lacks the analogue and simulation of a scene drill conducted according to the current rules of behavior of all participating entities, etc. and can be applied to an intelligent simulation system for an urban comprehensive emergency.
