Disclosed is a method for producing a biological feed additive by utilizing cassava residue and alcohol waste mash. The method: cassava residue and alcohol waste mash are mixed as ingredients at a weight ratio of 5-10:3-4, nutrients are added, followed by sterilization and injection of a microbial culture, where the injected microbial culture is prepared with Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, and Aspergillus niger at a microfloral quantity ratio of 1-2:1-3:1-4, and the weight ratio of the microbial culture to the wet cassava residue mixture is 5-10%, followed by fermentation, and finally, the fermented cassava residue mixture is dried to acquire the biological feed additive containing a large amount of microbial cells.
