MULTI-USER COOPERATIVE COMMUNICATION METHOD, NETWORK ELEMENT ON CORE NETWORK SIDE, AND NETWORK ELEMENT ON RADIO ACCESS NETWORK SIDE

An embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-user cooperative communication method, a network element on a core network side, and a network element on a radio access network side. The method comprises: the network element on the radio access network side monitoring supporting information which is the information provided by a Supporting User Equipment (S-UE) for communication of a Benefitted User Equipment (B-UE), the communication being assisted by the S-UE; and, after a certain condition is satisfied, the network element on the radio access network side transmitting the supporting information to the network element on the core network side, so that the network element on the core network side converts the supporting information into a reward to the S-UE. The network element on the radio access network side monitors and performs statistics of the supporting information provided by each UE as the S-UE for assisting the communication of the B-UE, and transmits the supporting information to the network element on the core network side, the network element having a function of billing, and the network element on the core network side converts the supporting information into the reward to the S-UE, and therefore the UE acts as the S-UE and a larger scope of the multiple user cooperative communication is realized.
