A manufacturing method for an energy harvester based on a piezoelectric polymer microstructure array, comprising: firstly preparing a piezoelectric polymer micro-column array on a conductive base material; then, using another planar electrode as an upper electrode to form a pair of parallel planar electrodes together with the base material, and applying a direct-current voltage between the electrodes, when the base material is heated to a temperature which is higher than the glass state conversion temperature of a piezoelectric polymer, carrying out flowing deformation on the micro-column array again under the induction action of an electric field force until the micro-column array comes into contact with the upper electrode to form a large-depth-width-ratio micro-column array with a mushroom-shaped top, and in an electric field induction flowing deformation process, micro-structuralizing the piezoelectric polymer and orienting inner molecules along the direction of an electric field at the same time to obtain a miniature energy harvester with a strong piezoelectric effect. The piezoelectric polymer microstructure array obtained in the present invention is connected to upper and lower electrodes to directly form a finally-needed device, and complicated process control is not needed, thereby greatly reducing the processing cost, and improving the processing efficiency.
