The present invention relates to technology for forward-transmitting a separated bearer to two base stations, and generating a bearer by reassembling reverse-direction data from the base stations. The present invention relates to a system for reassembling a bearer in LTE dual connectivity, capable of reassembling a bearer from base stations based on a bearer ID, by inserting the bearer ID into the bearer which has been separated from a terminal, wherein the system for reassembling a bearer in LTE dual connectivity comprises: a main base station for transmitting a first set of data to the terminal; a secondary base station for transmitting a second set of data to the terminal at the same time as the main station; and the terminal for transmitting transmission data to the main base station and the secondary base station, wherein the terminal transmits transmission data by placing a weighted value on the base station having good quality after measuring the quality of the first set of data and the second set of data which have been transmitted from the main base station or the secondary base station.
