The present invention relates to a connector for connecting a bio-sensor and a measuring instrument thereof, and the connector for connecting a bio-sensor and a measuring instrument thereof according to the present invention comprises an insertion guide which can prevent damage to a connection electrode caused by incorrect insertion of the biosensor into the connector, and the connector further comprises an integrated photo-reflector which emits and detects infrared rays for confirming production lot information of the biosensor, thereby easily confirming production information of the bio-sensor, and thus, the connector for connecting the bio-sensor and the measuring instrument therof is useful.
