Embodiments of the present invention provide a touch sensation interaction method and device in shopping. The method comprises: collecting an image of a first object, wherein the first object is one part of a human body; acquiring information of a second object, wherein the second object is a wearing article worn by the first object; obtaining parameter information of a touch sensation signal by using the image of the first object and the information of the second object, wherein the touch sensation signal acts on the first object and is used for simulating the touch sensation, of the second object on the first object, formed when the second object is worn by the first object; and generating the touch sensation signal by using the parameter information of the touch sensation signal and applying the touch sensation signal to the first object. By means of the present invention, a virtual touch sensation in shopping is provided, and shopping efficiency is improved.
