The present invention relates to a composition for an open-cell foam, a hydrophobic open-cell foam using the same, and a method for producing the same, and has effects of providing a composition for an open-cell foam, and providing a method for efficiently producing a hydrophobic open-cell foam from a resin to a melamine foam continuously, the hydrophobic open-cell foam having hydrophobicity/oleophobicity and improved heat resistance by partially or completely coating a surface of an inner frame structure of the composition for an open-cell foam with a silica gel.
