A targeted drug delivery device for anti-tumor magnetic nanoparticle drugs comprises a transfusion container (1) for accommodating an anti-tumor magnetic nanoparticle drug and a drug solution conveying device (2) connected to the transfusion container (1) and used for conveying the anti-tumor magnetic nanoparticle drug. A magnetic field generation device (3) capable of producing magnetic adsorption on the anti-tumor magnetic nanoparticle drug and a bioelectric sensor (4) for sensing the response of living tissue in a tumor region to magnetic stimulation are arranged on the body surface corresponding to the tumor region. The targeted drug delivery device is provided with a control unit (5) for receiving and analyzing signals of the bioelectric sensor (4) and generally controlling the required magnetic field intensity, transfusion speed and liquid flow according to the signals of the bioelectric sensor (4). The magnetic field generation device (3) is connected to a magnetic field control device (6) for controlling the magnetic field intensity. The drug solution conveying device (3) is connected to a flow rate controller (7) for controlling the flow rate of the drug solution conveying device (3). The control unit (5) is separately connected to the bioelectric sensor (4), the magnetic field control device (6) and the flow rate controller (7).
