A device for generating energy and reducing induction energy by using a magnetic field and an electromagnetic field line is disclosed. The present invention comprises a coil unit having coils wound in different directions and dually stacked on a semiconductor and permanent magnets located at both longitudinal rotational ends of the coil unit to decrease active/reactive power, increase a power factor, decrease a power loss in the line, and prevent fault or rapid wearing out of an electrical machine due to an excessive voltage drop of the machine, thereby increasing the life span of the machine.
