The present invention relates to an online quotation system and an online quotation method, and provided are an online quotation system and an online quotation method, the system comprising: a quotation database for matching a first quoted price proposed by a first seller, a second quoted price proposed by a second seller and an Nth quoted price proposed by an Nth seller to a service content presented by a purchaser and storing the matched quoted price and service content therein; a contraction information database for matching the quoted price selected by the purchaser from among the first quoted price, the second quoted price and the Nth quoted price to the service content, and storing the matched, selected, and quoted price and service content therein; a quoted price calculation unit calculating a reference quoted price for each service content from the contraction information database and providing the calculated reference quoted price to a new purchaser; and a Dutch auction unit for receiving new service content and a proposed service price inputted from the new purchaser, and receiving a bid on the proposed service price from each seller (wherein, N is a natural number larger than 1).
