A stress-dispersing fixing and connecting apparatus for the anterior superior iliac spine and the iliac crest, comprising two oppositely arranged lateral clamping plates (1). The top extremities of the two lateral clamping plates (1) are connected to each other. The inner wall upper extremities of the two lateral clamping plates (1) match the shapes of the upper end surfaces of the anterior superior iliac spine and of the iliac crest. A cavity formed between the inner wall surfaces of the two lateral clamping plates (1) is adapted to the contours of the anterior superior iliac spine and of the iliac crest. An obliquely downward extended fixing hole (5) is provided on the upper part of at least one of the lateral clamping plates (1). The diameter of the fixing hole (5) matches the diameter of a Kirschner wire (12). A structure connected to a pulling apparatus is provided on the upper part of any one of the lateral clamping plates (1). The fixing and connecting apparatus is capable of effectively dispersing a stress exerted onto the anterior superior iliac spine and the iliac crest when being pulled and fixed, thus allowing a repositor to exert sufficient traction to a femur fracture site during a surgery, while not causing damages to the anterior superior iliac spine and the iliac crest. The fixing and connecting apparatus is structurally simple and convenient to use and solves the longstanding problem of damages to the anterior superior iliac spine and the iliac crest when pulled.
