According to the invention, if the ratio of the length (L) of the wastewater treatment pipe (12) to the inner diameter of the wastewater treatment pipe exceeds a value of 20, then in the case of at least some of the through-channels (40), the ratio of the length of said through-channels (40) to the inner diameter of the wastewater treatment pipe (12) has a value of at least 0.075.
