SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING RISK BEHAVIOR RELATED DATA IN ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES

A system and method for managing risk behavior related data in organizational processes is provided. The method and system are implemented by a collaborative network of computational devices to change workforce culture toward risk behavior by applying a set of functions, providing sensing of subpar work practices, supporting augmented decision-making by compiling data from several sources, authoring of training content by the workers and securing and providing timely content delivery. This allows for effective just-in-time learning in a self-contained organizational device. Further, an organizational memory function that collects data on the use of the other functions and performance indicators variation data is provided to rank uses that yielded better results and make these available for reuse.
