The present invention provides a method for managing an active multi-dimensional construction process, the method comprising the steps of: (A) storing, in a storage device, plan data including a planned construction period, a precedence relation, a planned start date and a planned end date for each of construction types required for performing a construction project; (B) storing, in the storage device, performance data including a progress management reference date, which serves as a reference for a progress management, a construction initiation date and a construction end date for each of the construction types, and an input rate indicating a percentage of the degree of construction progression; (C) calculating a residual construction period for each of the construction types using the planned construction period and the input rate and then storing the calculated residual period in the storage device, and calculating an actual start date and an actual end date for each of the construction types using the construction initiation date, the progress management reference date, the residual construction period, the construction end date, the precedence relation and the planned construction period and then storing the actual start date and the actual end date in the storage device; and (D) when the number of days by which a construction period is shortened is input for at least one of the construction types, calculating a changed residual construction period by subtracting the number of days by which the construction period is shortened from the residual construction period, and recalculating an actual start date and an actual end date for each of the construction types, using the changed residual construction period as the residual period of step (C).
