The present invention relates to an apparatus for composting wastewater of a livestock farm without malodors, comprising: an oxygen dissolver connected to an oxygen supplier and a wastewater inflow line so as to dissolve oxygen in the wastewater within the oxygen dissolver; a wastewater treatment tank connected with the oxygen dissolver such that the wastewater containing the dissolved oxygen flows therein; and a dehydrating and grinding device connected with the wastewater treatment tank to dehydrate and grind the treated water such that the treated water is formed into compost.
