According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention relates to a Chinese character input keyboard using a terminal touchscreen, comprising: a main input unit (10) configured by arranging basic stroke groups of Chinese characters and upper numbers on internal keys (14) and external keys (16) around a center key (12) for an input command, and arranging lower numbers on three base keys (18); a selection unit (20) configured by arranging a radical unit (23) for outputting radicals at one side, corresponding to a number unit (21) for displaying consecutive numbers, and by arranging a character unit (25) for outputting characters at the other side; and a display unit (30) arranged to sequentially display letters ultimately selected through the main input unit (10) and the selection unit (20). Accordingly, since keys are created and arranged according to the principle used when the Chinese characters were created, intuitiveness and convenience are simultaneously implemented, and thus users of various terminals including a cellular phone can easily and conveniently use the present invention.
