Provided is a thermostatic water bath device for viscosity measurement, comprising an outer-layer container (210) and an inner-layer container (220) nested inside the outer-layer container (210), wherein an intermediate separation layer (230) is comprised between the outer-layer container (210) and the inner-layer container (220), and a circulation cavity (216) is formed between the intermediate separation layer (230) and the outer-layer container (210). In the thermostatic water bath device for viscosity measurement, by the intermediate separation layer (230) arranged between the inner-layer container (220) and the outer-layer container (210), not only can an inner-layer container (220) having a different diameter be selected according to a different sample to be tested so as to save the sample material and reduce the test cost, but also the sealing tightness of the circulation cavity (216) can be ensured so as to reduce requirements for the sealing tightness at the joint between the inner-layer container (220) and the outer-layer container (210) and simplify the structure of the connection components, such that the purpose of easily replacing the inner-layer container (220) and saving the test cost is achieved.
