A multi-spindle linkage numerical control system and a processing method thereof. The system comprises a multi-spindle controller, a plurality of motor drivers, a plurality of motors cooperated with the motor drivers, and a machine tool, wherein the plurality of motors are arranged on different coordinate axes of the machine tool and are connected to and control different motion axes of the machine tool; and the plurality of motor drivers are electrically connected to the multi-axis controller through data buses, the plurality of motor drivers are electrically connected to the plurality of motors in one-to-one correspondence, and the motor drivers are controlled by the multi-axis controller to drive the motors to drive the machine tool to operate. Data of several axes are separated by means of space decomposition, so that the linkage of more spindles can be achieved. The multi-spindle controller and the motor drivers operate independently, thereby achieving parallel operation, so that the speed is higher, and the reaction is faster. A final speed curve is generated inside the motor drivers, and the speed is controlled in real time, achieving a higher smoothness. The interpolation of a complex curve can be achieved efficiently.
