INSTALLATION PLATFORM AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR TUNNEL WATERPROOF SHEET HAVING WIDE WIDTH

An installation platform and an installation method for a tunnel waterproof sheet having a wide width. A front laying trolley (3) and a rear laying trolley (4) are respectively arranged on a front laying track (1) and a rear laying track (2) of the platform. Support bases (5, 6) are provided on the front laying trolley (3) and the rear laying trolley (4). A reel (11) arranged as a waterproof sheet roll is installed between the support bases (5, 6). The reel (11) is driven by a driving device to rotate and unroll to unfold a waterproof sheet (12). A plurality of lifting rods (9) are arranged between the front laying track (1) and the rear laying track (2). The lifting rods (9) are evenly arranged in a circular direction along an arched laying track. Two ends of each lifting rod (9) are installed on installation supports via lifting devices (10). The unfolded waterproof sheet (12) is laid on the lifting rods (9), the lifting devices (10) lift the lifting rods (9), and the waterproof sheet (12) laid on the lifting rods (9) is raised close to a tunnel profile surface. The platform mechanises and automates a construction process flow and a whole construction process. Manual high-lifting work intensity is reduced, construction quality and construction efficiency are significantly improved, and safety risks in a construction process are reduced.
