A method for producing a highly effective, low resistant fiber composite filtering material, comprising the steps of: mixing polymer chips and modified nano ferrous ferric oxide having a weight ratio of 1 : 0.04-0.10, and stirring to an even consistency; adding to the mixture a modifying agent using a weight ratio between the polymer chips and the modifying agent of 1 : 0.007-0.010, stirring to an even consistency, and raising the temperature to 180-220℃, so that the mixture melts; using a screw extruder to perform melt extrusion of the melt material from the previous step and ejecting through a spinneret, and performing deep antistatic finishing on the ejected fiber using a voltage of 50-80 KV, and airlaying or machine laying to produce the highly effective, low resistant fiber composite filtering material. The highly effective, low resistant fiber composite filtering material obtained by using said method has a filtering rate greater than or equal to 99.97% and a resistance less than or equal to 38 Pa.
