A combination of N1 substances with pharmaceutical activity against at least one medical condition for treating the medical condition with a program including instructions causing a computer to perform a method including: providing a patient with a set of questions adapted to the combination according to a question schedule; providing a patient with N sets of questions according to N question schedules, wherein each set of questions is adapted to one substance; collecting answers to the sets of questions from the patient; subjecting the answers to the set of questions adapted to the combination to a set of functions, thereby generating a first patient feedback; subjecting the answers to the sets of questions each adapted for one substance, to N sets of functions, thereby generating a second patient specific feedback; and providing the first and second specific feedbacks to the patient.
