The present invention relates to pharmaceutical combination comprising olmesartan medoxomil, amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and erythritol together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Particularly, the formulation comprises crospovidone as a disintegrant.
