The present invention relates to an optical measurement probe device for carrying out spectrometric and/or photometric measurements in a fluid, including a body (2), at least a first and a second arm (4, 5) extending to the end of said body (2) and aligned with same, and defining a measurement cavity, a plurality of optical fibers (23) inserted in said body (2), and optical coupling means (11, 12, 22) capable of transmitting light between at least one portion of said optical fibers (23) and the measurement cavity. The invention also relates to a measurement system using the probe.
