The present invention relates to a silver nano-wire, a transparent complex silver grid pattern electrode, and a manufacturing method thereof. The silver nano-wire includes: a substrate, a first silver nano-wire electrode layer which is coated on the entire surface of one side of the substrate; a second silver grid electrode layer which is patterned on the top of the first electrode layer; and a positive hole injection layer which is deposited on the top of the second electrode layer. By producing the transparent complex-pattern electrode by forming a silver nano-wire surface pattern and a silver particle grid pattern on the substrate in order, the transparent electrode has a relatively high penetration ratio between 70% and 90% and a sheet resistance between 2.5 Ω/sq and 4.0 Ω/sq, thereby having excellent electric conductivity. Also, the transparent electrode given in the present invention uses a silver nano-wire and silver nano-particles in an ink type, so the electrode can be easily deposited on a flexible substrate and thus can be produced as a transparent flexible electrode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
