The present invention relates to a system to diagnose self-actualization and strategic management capability capable of enabling the member access to the system given in the present invention through Internet and answer questions to diagnose the self-actualization and strategic management capability, diagnosing the self-actualization and strategic management capability of a member of an organization or the organization itself based on the answers, and helping improve the self-actualization and strategic management capability and a method thereof. The system includes: a diagnosis guide unit which guides a client to get general or detailed diagnosis of self-actualization and strategic management capability through a client system; a diagnosis selection unit with which the client selects general or detailed diagnosis of self-actualization and strategic management capability through the client system; a diagnosis unit which diagnoses the self-actualization and strategic management capability of the client through the general or detailed diagnosis of self-actualization and strategic management capability selected through the client system; a diagnosis output unit which outputs the diagnosis result from the diagnosis unit to the client system; and a cost processing unit which processes the payment for the diagnosis of self-actualization and strategic management capability. The general diagnosis of self-actualization and strategic management capability by the diagnosis unit diagnoses the perfect-function strategic management capability of the organization based on organizational fulfillment behavior elements, social fulfillment behavior elements, and strategic achievement measurement data of the organization and diagnoses the self-actualization and strategic management capability of the organization based on the organizational fulfillment behavior elements, social fulfillment behavior elements, and strategic achievement measurement data of the organization from the diagnosis unit, thereby fully developing potentials of the organization and producing optimum conditions for the survival of the organization, and making the organization hold the sustainable superior position.
