摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a main spindle rotation deceleration device of a machine tool, which controls current amount provided from a power supply unit to a magnet according to the intensity of the kinetic energy of a main spindle through the magnet installed to transfer magnetic force decreasing the rotational kinetic energy of the main spindle to a main spindle disk; minimizes rotation deceleration time of the main spindle by using a magnetic damping effect generated between the magnet and the main spindle disk and improves productivity as processing cycle of a processed article is reduced; and reduces maintenance costs by minimizing current amount demanded in deceleration of main spindle rotation. Furthermore, provided is a deceleration method of main spindle rotation.
