The present invention relates to a microsatellite maker of Korean astragalus mongholicus bunge and a primer set to amplify the same. According to the present invention, the microsatellite maker of Korean astragalus mongholicus bunge has polymorphism in astragalus mongholicus bunge and astragalus membranaceus var. alpinus Nakai in extinction; and is accordingly used to determine the molecular type of East Asian astragalus mongholicus bunge and for studying biological phylogenetic research. The microsatellite maker of Korean astragalus mongholicus bunge can be used as a genetic tool in the establishment of a protection strategy for an astragalus membranaceus var. alpinus Nakai growing in the Halla mountain.
