The present invention relates to a business book accounting management system which allows an individual businessman without expertise to easily create temporary books through consecutive steps, and an accounting management method by using the same. The business book accounting management system includes a financial management server, which authorizes an access of a user terminal through a network, and then provides the user terminal with a UI window of new registration for temporary book, which includes a date-select input bar, a client-select input bar, an income-select input bar, an account category-select input bar, a detail select input bar, a payment method-select input bar, a price-input area, a note-input area, and a registration-select button area, to be output.
