The present invention provides a high density type vibration control damper device having a three-point support of toggle type, wherein vibration energy is dissipated by a plurality of damping elements arranged in the circumferential direction and concentrated and the vibration control capacity can be increased. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a vibration control damper device having a three-point support of toggle type comprises: a scissor-toggle type vibration control damper of which one end is connected to a corner side where a beam and a column meet by a hinge; a first brace of which one end is connected to the beam by a hinge and the other end is connected to the other end of the scissor-toggle type vibration control damper by a hinge; and a second brace of which one end is connected to the column by a hinge and the other end is connected to the other end of the scissor-toggle type vibration control damper by a hinge. The scissor-toggle type vibration control damper includes: a pair of first and second link support bodies facing each other; pairs of first and second links, one side ends of which are overlapped and connected with each other by hinges and the other side ends of which are respectively connected to the first link support body and the second link support body by the hinges such that the first and second links are arranged in the circumferential direction at intervals; fastening bolts respectively provided to the hinge portions for connecting the first links and the second links and generating surface pressure to damping elements; and the damping elements inserted into the fastening bolts and arranged between the first links and the second links.
