The present invention relates to bale silage, which is wrapped with a plastic to block the feed materials from the outside air, has a syringe needle inserted into the plastic and fermented, or a liquid material for preference or growth of livestock injected into feed materials, and seals the hole punched by the syringe needle with a tape. According to the present invention, preservation and preference of soilage crops and coarse low quality roughage can be increased, and functional feed for each growth level can be manufactured and fed. A second or third pre-mixing effect of materials can be obtained without adding separate materials by developing and adding molasses and a functional liquid material for post growth level. Furthermore, the present invention improves the use purpose of the product, thereby increasing the farmer income due to the reduction of feed costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
