The present invention relates to a dual shaft type power transmission device allowing a wound pipe to selectively connect to vinyl or a cover to both directions or any direction thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a dual shaft type power transmission device comprising a two-way power transmission device installed to transmit reduced power from a motor shaft to a pipe and to protrude an output shaft of the dual shaft type power transmission device to both sides by penetrating a gear meshing with the gear installed in the motor shaft so as to be installed in any one side or both sides of both ends of the output shaft to which the pipe is connected. Therefore, connection of the pipe is unrestricted, and the pipe connected to the motor shaft can be stably rotated by supporting the motor shaft bifariously with bearings, and additionally a bracket can be installed in various directions, so that the dual shaft type power transmission device can be less restricted by the location or direction in a house where the dual shaft type power transmission device is installed.
