The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting the inside of a pipe using a smartphone, which comprises: a pipe internal driving device (110); and a smartphone (120) which is mounted in the pipe internal driving device (110) for work inside a pipe. The pipe internal driving device (110) is a cylindrical pig which is inserted into the inside of the pipe and is propelled by a medium flowing the inside of the pipe. The smartphone (120) is mounted in the pipe internal driving device (110) by an adapter (130). Therefore, the apparatus for inspecting the inside of a pipe can be manufactured at low costs using a widespread smartphone.
