Provided are a fine pulse generator and a method thereof capable of maximally securing the transmission speed of an IR-UWB signal while maintaining the low power consumption of a pre-digital indication. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an unnecessary pulse bundle does not need to be removed and a transmission speed can be improved since the present invention is able to determine the bandwidth of a fine pulse by adjusting the delay time difference (t-delay2) of adjacent two pulses and is also able to generate a pulse by selecting only one edge between the rising edge and falling edge of an input pulse.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
