The present invention relates to an oral liquid preparation containing: ambroxol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; levodropropizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and sodium pyrosulfite. The oral liquid preparation of the present invention exhibits a high synergistic effect and patients drug compliance by combining ambroxol and levodropropizine, which have different medicinal action mechanisms, and exhibits excellent storage stability by using sodium pyrosulfite, and thus can be useful as a medicine for treating acute and chronic respiratory diseases without the change in the medicinal effect for a long time.
