The present invention relates to a close shooting apparatus for high voltage equipment in a live wire state. The close shooting apparatus includes: a camera unit; an insulating case to insulate, isolate, and shield the camera unit from an electronic wave or high voltage induced from the high voltage equipment close to the camera unit; a transparent case to forcibly space the camera unit away from the high voltage equipment by a predetermined distance so that the cameral unit does not make contact with the high voltage equipment; and a support to integrally fix the camera unit, the insulating case, and the transparent case to each other and combine a high voltage insulating rod with the camera unit, the insulating case, and the transparent case.
