The purpose of the present invention is not to provide a building material causing a sick house syndrome, but to provide a thermal insulation building material for an eco-friendly building such as a loess brick house, a loess Korean-style house, and the like, wherein the thermal insulation building material is formed as rice straws matched with eco-friendly loess as a thermal insulation material is mixed with a vegetable binder from nature.
