An integrated automatic control system having a water leak detection and energy-saving function includes: a main server; a water leak detecting module which detects whether a water leak occurs in pipes installed in the building; an energy-saving module which provides information for saving the buildings energy using building automation systems (BASs); and automatic machine equipment control module which is connected to the water leak detecting module and the energy-saving module, and automatically controls the water leak detecting module, the energy-saving module, and related machine equipment according to the operation of the main server. According to the present invention, the machine equipment, the water leak detecting module, and the energy-saving module can be efficiently managed by integrating programs related to the machine equipment, the water leak apparatus, energy-saving, etc., an unnecessary waste of energy can be reduced, and operating costs can be saved.
