The present invention relates to a method for providing useful information for diagnosis and therapy of house dust mite-induced diseases by comprising a step of measuring expression levels of regulator protein constituting a WNT/beta-catenin pathway, and a kit for diagnosis of dust mite-induced diseases, comprising an antibody binding to the regulator protein. Further, the present invention relates to a method for screening a candidate material for therapy of house dust mite-induced diseases and a composition used in the screening method. The present invention can cheaply and simply provide useful information for diagnosis and therapy of house dust mite-induced diseases by measuring the expression level of regulator protein of the WNT/beta-catenin path, and screen a candidate material for therapy of house dust mite-induced diseases in a manner of high rate and high capacity.
