According to an embodiment of the present invention, a stiffener to reduce dynamic compliance comprises: a first reinforcing portion formed in a first direction on the plane of a plate structure; a second reinforcing portion extended from the end of the first reinforcing portion to form an acute angle with the first reinforcing portion on the plane of the plate structure; and a third reinforcing portion extended from one end of the second reinforcing portion on the plane of the plate structure, and extended in the first direction forming an acute angle with the second reinforcing portion.
