Disclosed are a smart alarm method and a smart alarm system which reacts according to individual conditions and surrounding environments. The smart alarm method may include a step of setting an alarm source reference according to the selection of a user; a step of selecting recommendation contents according to the alarm source reference; and a step of providing the recommendation contents to the alarm source at an alarm time set by the user.
