The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dual coated gloves with roughness, which comprises a latex mixing process (S10); a primary dipping process (S20) dipping cotton work gloves in a mixture mixed in the latex mixing process to form a primary coated layer; a secondary dipping process (S30) forming a secondary coated layer; a tertiary dipping process (S40) dipping the cotton work globes in a mixed solution composed of xylene and glacial acetic acid to form roughness on the surface of the coated layer; and drying process (S50) drying the cotton work gloves to finish the product to prevent sliding of a gripped object while gripping.
