The present invention relates to a tunnel construction method using filling monitoring when concrete is placed in tunnel construction and, specifically, to a tunnel construction method to build a mold for placing tunnel concrete after excavation work is performed to a predetermined depth for tunnel construction, and to form a tunnel lining by placing and curing concrete by using the mold comprising: a step of completing foundation work by attaching a waterproof sheet after placing shotcrete when tunnel excavation is completed; a step of installing a mold to form tunnel lining, and preparing multiple electrodes of a structure of applying an electric current due to moisture of concrete in the inner surface of the mold at predetermined intervals; a step of filling the mold with the concrete; a detection signal generating step of a detecting part to apply real-time power to the electrode, to detect whether an electric current is applied by the concrete with which the mold is filled, and to detect whether concrete is filling thereby; a step of outputting the corresponding information including location information corresponding to the position of the electrode equipped in the detecting part in order to detect whether concrete with which the mold is filled is filling, and the position corresponding to the same as a worker is monitoring by receiving a signal detected from the detecting part from the outside, and outputting concrete filling information and unfilling information with respect to each area in which the detecting part is installed, and location information with respect to the same respectively through an outputting part; and a step of refilling the unfilled area by monitoring the concrete unfilled area before curing is completed when concrete is placed in tunnel construction.
